USE OF PIN CODE:

You will be issued a Pin Code after you have purchased the Service of your choice.
This number will be used to determine the winner of the drawing.  You will receive an email
message from AutoInterface the day before the drawing, and it will show the ranking of all
Pin Codes for the drawing.  If you entered to win the new car your Pin Code will be
ranked between 1 - 6,000, and if you entered to win 1 year's worth of free gas your Pin Code
will be ranked between 1 - 300 or 1 - 560 depending on what package you have chosen.
The rankings are determined by the order in which your Pin Code is received.

NOTE:  If you placed your ad through regular mail, we will assign you a random pin number.
It will be sent to you with the email address you provided in your ad.

WINNER SELECTION:

Each drawing will remain open until all available entries have been submitted. When the last entry
for a specific drawing has been submitted, that drawing will be closed. The winning entry number will be
calculated using the closing data from the entire subsequent trading session of the New York Stock
Exchange (NYSE) and the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation
(NASDAQ) stock markets. Simply stated, if the last entry is submitted during a market trading
session, the drawing will close and the calculation will not occur until the close of the ensuing trading
day.

The method of determining the winning entry for any given day is quite simple.

Step 1: Use the last four significant digits of the share volume for NASDAQ, as reported by
http://quote.yahoo.com.
(Example: if NASDAQ share volume = 707,483,600, use "4836" for calculation)

Step 2: Use the last four significant digits of the share volume of the New York Stock Exchange as
reported by http://quote.yahoo.com.
(Example: if NYSE share volume = 751,679,000, use "1679" for calculation)

Step 3: Add these two numbers (Step 1 and Step 2) together to calculate their Sum.
(Example: Sum = 4836 + 1679 = 6515 )

Step 4: Divide the Sum (Step 3) by the "Total Number of Possible Entries" available for a particular drawing.
(Example: 6515 / "130" total possible entries =  50.11538461538)

Step 5: Multiply the the "Total Possible Entries" by the quotient integer from Step 4, in this Example, "50".
(Example: Product = 130 X "50" = 6500 )

Step 6: Subtract the Product (Step 5) from the Sum (Step 3) to calculate the remainder.
(Example: remainder = 6515 - 6500 = 15 )

Step 7: Add the remainder (Step 6) to the "Starting Entry Number" for a particular drawing. This last
addition will determine the "winning entry number".
(Example: winning entry number = Starting Entry Number "1" + 15 = 16 )

Step 8: If your Pin Code was ranked number 16 then you have WON!

The winner of each drawing will be notified, via telephone, fax, or e-mail, of their win within 24 hours of
the selection. Additionally, the name and number of the winner will remain posted on the AutoInterface
winner’s page for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

DISCLOSURE OF WINNERS:

AutoInterface reserves the right to use the winner's identity without compensation.

Each winner has 30 days from the date of the draw in which to take possession
of their prize. If the winner fails to take possession or delivery, it shall result in
forfeiture of the prize. The prize involved will be awarded to an
alternate winner.

Applicable local, state and federal taxes and license fees as well as insurance
are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Prizes (the gas cards) will be shipped to the winner at no cost to the
winner.  In all likelihood, the vehicle will be made available for pick up at the closest
specified vehicle dealership to the winner. Winners must register the cars in their state
of residence.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

AutoInterface reserves the right to cancel any drawing. In the event a particular drawing does not
"close" (all available entries have not been submitted in a reasonable time), participants of that drawing
shall be transferred  to a different drawing.  There are no refunds because participants did not
purchase a right to be in the drawing.  Participants purchased a Deluxe Car Buyers', Car Buyers',
Deluxe Sellers', and/or Car Seller's Package from AutoInterface.  Rules can be changed without notice.
