2. Once pre-qualified, you are responsible for sending all documents for the client to be signed (this can be done electronically)
3. Once signed, the documents are uploaded into the CRM system
4. Processing handles the file and completes payment from customer and to you!
5. Processing keeps track of file in CRM until the modification is approved!
You can check on all your clients at anytime!
You can you charge your clients what ever you feel is reasonable. You will be provided with minimum fees after you join. You will receive a commission of 15% on base fees. Anything you charge over minimum fees is 100% yours!!
For example:
If the client has a monthly car payment of $400, the minimum fee to the client is $599. You will receive 15% of the minimum fee or $89.85. If you charge the client $799, you will receive $289.85!
